Description (partial)

Symptom:
Added Adaptive QOS config on ASR 1002x router. Added only spoke using Adaptive qos while rest of the spokes were on the traditional qos. The router crashed twice after adding the config. The other DMVPN HUB does not have the adaptive QOS, hence it did not observe any crash.

Conditions:
policy-map <policy name>
 class class-default
  shape adaptive upper-bound 25000000
   service-policy <child policy>

parent policy with AQoS attached to DMVPN tunnel.
