Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber for MAC is not fully compatible with screenreaders so that visually impaired users can use that. Kindly include its support in future. It works fine with lower versions, and some features as explained in summary doesn't work in newer releases.



The problem is that, when they put in the desired called party number in the search bar and press enter, screen reader doesn't give them an option to make a call. Customer has to disable the screen reader, press enter on jabber (since she has already keyed in the phone number that she wants to dial out) - so that call toast window opens up and then enable the screen reader back to make a call. But this is not an effective solution for the customer.

Mac version 9.6.0.173114
It worked fine with older version (8.6.6(20085)).

Conditions:
Mac version 9.6.0.173114 and voice over screen reader

Try to make a call by dialing from search bar; after you keyed in the number, screen reader doesn't give an option to call. Even if you press enter nothing happens
