Description (partial)

Symptom:
L4R redirect server group behaviour

In today's implementation a L4R redirect server group can have multiple redirect servers but the selection of them is done in round robin mode without any knowledge of reachability for these servers. Most customers aren't using a roundrobin solution, as they use a active / standby mode for the redirect servers.

Conditions:
L4 redirect configured on ASR1k function as ISG
