Description (partial)

Symptom:
Codec receives ghost calls constantly from xxx@IP address of the codec even after applying the configuration as mentioned in the Bug: CSCue55239.

Conditions:
Codec is configured with Public IP. SIP mode is set to off along with the following:

xConfiguration SIP ListenPort: Off
xConfiguration SIP Profile 1 Outbound: On
