Description (partial)

Symptom:
</a>
In very rare circumstances a TelePresence MCU 8510 series may unexpectedly reboot whilst processing calls.

Conditions:

This type of reboot is caused by a build up of messages on the internal network of the MCU used for communication between media resources. The exact cause of this build up of messages has not been identified. Whilst this type of crash has been observed in several cases, there has been no linking factor between them and no case has ever been observed in the same environment more than once.
