Symptom:
sessmgr crash happened at "acsmgr_generate_egcdr_custom6()"

Conditions:
Somehow nsapi is not set and this is the reason for the crash.
Per the core the subscriber did a handoff from LTE to eHRPD just before the crash:
 
  disc_reason = SNX_DISCONNECT_REASON_REAUTH_FAILED,
