Description (partial)

Symptom:
* When we try to purge the recordings from the CLI using the command : utils uccx recordings purge <MB> <Date>
We get an error:

"Usage: Enter a valid decimal value for Size in MegaBytes (MB). Example: 1. Example: 4.005
Please see the troubleshooting guide for more help."

Also when we try to delete the recordings using filezilla (SFTP server) by logging in as uccxrecording user we get an error:
"Permission Denied"

UCCX 10.X and above
