Description (partial)
Symptom: cmts does not send ds override in the RNG_RSP. Conditions: 1.Two mac-domains share downstream channel configuration and have the same DS service group, so modems can receive MDD from both mac-domains. 2.CM locks the primary channel of wrong mac-domain.And CM picks up the primary MDD from the the wrong mac-domain. CMTS should send DS override to CM instead of US override.
