Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Attendant Consoles

Known Affected Releases

10.5

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When changes are made to field mappings they're not being reflected within the operator client. This applies to both changing mappings as well as deleting mappings. Old values are retained and never overwritten. This was confirmed in build 10.5.1.1543

Conditions:
See Example for details, but to summarize, any removals of field mappings or changes after initial sync are not being reflected within the console.

Example:
11:40 - Configured the client with CUCM details and default field mappings, closed application
11:41 - Relaunched application, it imported all contacts. I then removed the field mapping for user id to directory uri, applied the change exited the console.
11:42 - Relaunched the application, all contacts remained after sync completed, and each had the directory uri still populated withe the user id.
11:43 - Added a assocpc to directory uri mapping, then relaunched the application to see if it would overwrite the values.
11:44 - Relaunched the application, and the original values persisted.
