Description (partial)

Symptom:
BGP is selected as the routing protocol. Once the Configlet Preview is generated, you will see that Prime is attempting to provision a static route for reachability to the extra CE loopback. The static route configuration actually errors out for some reason. However, a static route should not even be required when the PE-CE protocol is BGP.

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce
Customer Created MPLS SR
BGP as routing protocol
Extra CE loopback enabled 
redistribute connected enabled

While trying to check configlet it produces static route command which is unnecessary which redistribute connected is enabled
