Cisco Bug: CSCur24517 - Portal Id value is not present on redirect url for iPEP AuthZ profile

Known Affected Releases
Deletion of default guest portals (including CP) was a requirement from marketing. However it creates an undesirable behavior on the redirect url of iPEP profile, when customer deletes default CP portal and then attaches an iPEP node to ISE. Since this is a rare use case, and disabling delete of default portals could create other impacts, it was decided to leave the current functionality. Symptom: Redirect Url that gets generated for AuthZ profile would not work, when the default guest (including CP) portals are deleted. Conditions: When default guest portal is deleted, the authz profile redirect url does not work as it does not have the portal Id as part of URL and there is no portal to get redirected to.
