Cisco Bug: CSCur24505 - service-policy config caused that I/F left Port-channel

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When adding service-policy config to I/F which is bundled to port-channel, the I/F will leave port-channel and Link up/down.

Conditions:
The symptom is observed at Cat4k.

4500 Sup6 Etherchnnel QOS
We are deploying QOS in our 4500 Sup6. When we applied service-policy for queuing on the physical member of the etherchannel, that interface got kicked out of the etherchannel and interface bounced. I have experience applying service-policy (non-queuing)  in etherchannel in other cisco devices at it had no effect in the physical interface or port-channel. Is it an expected behaviour or is it something else, bug? I have not seen in any documentation online that this is the case. Is there any best ...
