Description (partial)
Symptom: User will be able to browse to UCS Central via their web browser, but the browser will eventually go unresponsive and then report, "Error connecting to server." Shortly afterwards you will be able to log back into the environment, but you will experience the same issue again. Core files for httpd will be generated, however, running a 'show pmon state' command does not display any cores for the process. Conditions: UCS Central is up and running.
