Description (partial)

Symptom:
Even though the route exists for the particular destination, the route is not being hit in the hardware because the route is programmed with wrong vrf id. There will be traffic drops when this issue is seen.

Conditions:
One of the known conditions is when an extended vrf is deleted and re-provisioned several times on the border leaf.
