Symptom:
The ACI Python SDK is an all-in-one packaged .egg file that contains the model and SDK.  If there is a bug in the
SDK, you have to get an update that contains both the SDK and model which is a rather significant thing to
update.

Conditions:
This is the default for the ACI Python SDK.
