Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco UCS E-Series Software

Known Affected Releases

1.0(0.0) 2.4(1.0) 3.0(2) 3.1(0.0)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When configuring a UCS-E blade in a router, it is possible that the configuration will stick with the blade when moving/inserting into a different router where the blade was previously configured.

Conditions:
Condition happens when you move a blade from router to router where the blade is configured with different IP's on each G2 router. It only happens when the router is powered down, blade inserted, then router powered on. If the blade is hot inserted into a 3900 series router, this will not be an issue, nor is it an issue in the 4451.
