Symptom:
If a group in the current days schedule has the owner changed, and the change made effective for the same day, it may insert a new set of jobs causing some job dependencies from outside the group that link in to show as unscheduled.

Conditions:
Changing a groups owner and applying the effective day of the change to the current schedule.
