Description (partial)
Symptom: Customer may not get L2VPN NSR ready post RP failover. This is preventing the entire route to declare NSR readiness. The problem can also be seen by doing a process restart of mpls_ldp process on standby RP. Conditions: The problem is seen with BGP AD with LDP signaling feature where there is only BGP AD PW on corresponding LDP session i.e no extra manual PW is configured over that same LDP session. That LDP session may be shared with L3 features. The problem may happen on RP Failover or on mpls_ldp process restart on standby RP with above conditions.
