Description (partial)

Symptom:
Control plane packet ( marked with DSCP value for Example PIM etc ) received on ACCESS port, and then get bridged into same VLAN do not queued in priority Queue on Egress port. The issue is not seen after doing "no ip igmp snooping"

Conditions:
- Nexus 7000  running 6.2(x), 7.2(x) image; Earlier images like 5.2(x) do not see the same condition.
- Packet is coming in ACCESS port and getting bridged into same VLAN via ACCESS or Trunk port.
- M series Line cards
