Symptom: The call forward to voicemail settings are erased on the CIPC and New Phone. If a phone is registered that has been previously registered, the line settings are not cleared. Conditions: Prerequisites: 1.A CIPC registered with a line associated 2. 3. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Add new phone to inventory 2.Register phone with same line as CIPC 3. 4. 5. 6.
