Description (partial)

1.	Caller dials RP1
2.	RP1 redirects the call to RP2 
3.	Agent1 picks the call.
4.	Agent1 transfers the call to RP3 
5.	No agent present in RP3's CSQ. Call is in queue.
6.	Agent1 completes the transfer.

We tested multiple combinations and found that when call is redirected from RP1 to RP2 and Agent is transferring the call via JABBER (which goes for Direct Transfer Path in code), this issue occurs.
Even if we use Cisco IP Communicator instead of JABBER and use DirTrFr button to transfer the call, we hit this issue.
