Description (partial)

Symptom:
We have seen that when an SGSN sends a CC in the PDP request having the profile bits set to "0000" and behavior bits set to other specific values like 0x400 or 0x800, the ASR5K GGSN will ignore this and utilize the default values set with the cc-home CLI, which is profile set to 8 and behavior bits set to 0x0.

Conditions:
We have seen that when an SGSN sends a CC in the PDP request having the profile bits set to "0000" and behavior bits set to other specific values like 0x400 or 0x800, the ASR5K GGSN will ignore this and utilize the default values set with the cc-home CLI, which is profile set to 8 and behavior bits set to 0x0.
