Symptom:
While running LAG interface shutdown test on 7600 lab devices it was recorded false LAG down due to unreachable ticket in addition to expected LAG link down on oper down main ticket. When the interface was brought up the false ticket got cleared, but main ticket root cause alarm left not cleared.
