Description (partial)

Symptom:
E3 or E5 LC on GSR reloads and generates a Kernel Crash.

Crash Reason: Kernel Crash
Exception at 0x80402e4c signal 11 c=1 f=6
Active process(s):
        pkg/bin/sysdb_svr_local Thread ID 1 on cpu 0


Impacted Line Cards:
    E3 and E5 line cards (4k MIPS based)

Conditions:
Node can be in normal operation state. A rare condition in message exchange between processes can cause the problem to show up. This problem happens in platform using mips CPU. The only platform using mips CPU is C12K.
The problem will not show up in ASR9k and CRS which do not use MIPS processor.
