Symptom: When using Anyconnect SSLVPN, the totality of the packets seems to be process switched in certain scenarios: SSLVPN-router#show proc cpu sort CPU utilization for five seconds: 27%/10%; one minute: 22%; five minutes: 22% PID Runtime(ms) Invoked uSecs 5Sec 1Min 5Min TTY Process 476 126388 1391819 90 11.75% 5.99% 6.08% 0 SSLVPN_PROCESS 185 158526 3258290 48 3.03% 6.66% 6.46% 0 IP Input Conditions: SSL VPN configured with Anyconnect Transfer through the tunnel is initiated. High CPU is observed. If write mem, or any other Process level command or task is initiated, packet handling and processes will compete for resources, the transfer speeds will become slow.
