Symptom:
When using Anyconnect SSLVPN, the totality of the packets seems to be process switched in certain scenarios:

Conditions:
SSL VPN configured with Anyconnect

Transfer through the tunnel is initiated.

High CPU is observed.

If write mem, or any other Process level command or task is initiated, packet handling and processes will compete for resources, the transfer speeds will become slow.
