Description (partial)

Symptom:
On RHEL 5.x, the server process memory usage may grow unexpectedly and rather significantly after a server reload. The 'exit-on-stop' expert mode attribute has been added to the server agent object to indicate the server agent should exit the process on server stop or reload and start a new process when the server is restarted.
