Description (partial)

Web Access over both USB and WLAN is not available. No visible precursors to this situation.
In the log you will be able to find the following:

Jul 30 13:16:32 ::ffff: SEP-secd: EROR:addSock: SockTbl full 
Jul 30 13:16:32 ::ffff: SEP-secd: AcceptSSLServerConnection addSock failed, local server sock

Further investigation points to abnormal secd restart:
