Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to change/modify SPE nodes/Neighbour ID in MSPW if error occurred

Conditions:
1. Create a protected MSPW with the following way

	Working Path : WRC-P1-P2
	Protected Path : WRC-PRC-P3-P2

2. While adding the SPE nodes for the SPE backup tab, give an existing VCID for the neighbours.
3. At the end, if we click 'Finish' then CTC will throw an error 'VCID in use' which is expcted.
4. Now, the 'add' and 'remove' button in SPE tab or disabled.
5. Also, the Neighbour ID text field is also disabled. 
6. Now, user wont be able to change the neighbour ID or add/remove the available SPE nodes from the wiard.
