Description (partial)

Symptom:
Clients unable to complete DHCP. In the vWLC, clients appear in the client table briefly, but are deleted after 3 seconds. The AP broadcasts the SSID from the base radio MAC even though the WLAN ID is higher than 1 (i.e., BSSID equals base radio MAC when it should be higher). Message logs in the vWLC may indicate that the WLAN is disabled, even though it is broadcasting.

vWLC, AP 1602e, WLAN is FlexConnect with Central Switching
