Description (partial)

Symptom:
CDR records being generated after changing the IP of PC box.

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce :
1.	Initial IP of the PC  let's say for ex  1.1.1.1
2.	Changed the IP mentioned in step 1 to new IP i.e. 1.1.1.2
3.	Restarted VM instance and process twice.
4.	Verified IP of PC box has been changed to new IP by using command "ifconfig" 1.1.1.2
5.	Verified  new IP has not been added in CUCM as a billing server,  still older IP present as billing server in cucm.
6.     Make some calls and check in preserve and saved folders, new CDR records are being generated for the calls which we made.
7.	As the IP of PC box has been changed to new IP and new IP is not added as a billing server in cucm, we should not get CDR records, however we are receiving  it in new PC IP box, although it is not added as billing server.
