Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When a guest user uses Internet Explorer 8 or 9, the splash pages from Visitor Connect don't render. User sees a blank page and has no clue on what is going on. Conditions: It happens only when an supported browser such as Internet Explorer 8 or 9 is used.
