Description (partial)

Symptom:
Webex Connect phone service fails to login due to wrong credential sync to cloud by Jabber mobile.

Conditions:
Below are the steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Jabber for Android
2. Login via SSO 
3. Phone services in the application returns displays an exclamation mark within a yellow triangle but user not receive an prompt to fix the login credentials
4. User goes to Phone Services and enters an incorrect password one time
5. Close Connect on the desktop
6. Re-launches Connect on the desktop

Expected Results:  
The Connect Softphone would not be impacted

Actual Results:  
The Connect softphone integration returns an error and is no longer connected.
