Description (partial)
Symptom: If 2 line buttons are configured with same names but different domain names the second button gets dropped and the rest of the buttons move up. Problem Description: Attendant Console SPA500S drops line button if duplicated username is configured in the email addresses of different domains. IPC KEM will experience a re-order after a few days. Users are reporting that the entries on the KEM will all shift up one and rebooting the KEM is the only fix. Conditions: Example: line 1 - Johndoe@gmail.com line 2 - Johndoe@hotmail.com. Line 2 would drop and all other configured lines would move up, like line 3 then would be line 2.
