Description (partial)

Symptom:
After changing the IP address of a VSM Map Server may layers (images) are not displayed when accessing maps.

Conditions:
This can occur if the Map Server was configured in VSOM by using the Map Server's IP address in the Hostname/IP field.  When changing the IP address the original IP address is still in use.

This issue does not occur when changing the Map Server's IP address if the Map Server was added to VSOM using its hostname.
