- Cisco Aironet 3700 Series
Known Affected Releases
The AirProvision application on Android (4.0) doesn't support 802.1x authentication, which may affect customer's ability to connect to their UAP for provisioning. Symptom: When a Universal AP is configured with 802.1x authentication, and the customer attempts to join this WiFi SSID from the AirProvision app, only a password field is displayed (no username) and it is unable to join. Conditions: Universal AP must be setup with 802.1x authentication on the WiFi WLAN (SSID) that they intend to join with the AirProvision app.
