Known Affected Releases
Symptom: IP Phone Services_"HTTP Error !", is displayed post IPICS Failover or Failback on IP phone models 8961, 9951, and 9971. Conditions: Steps ------------- - On IP phone model 8961 (or 9951, or 9971) login to IPICS IP phone services and select a channel. - Go to IPICS admin GUI and perform maintenance failover on IPICS server. - Wait until the failover is complete and you can login back to IPICS admin GUI again. - On IP phone hit "Latch" button (the audio will start to flow at this point). - The IP phone displays "HTTP Error !". - Hit "Exit" and the message "This server is currently in standby mode. Press the [Continue] softkey to switch to active server." will be displayed. - Hit "Continue" and you'll be sent to Logout screen (still audio is flowing). - Login back and select the channel again and hit "Latch" while the audio still present. At this point you'll have the "Stop" button and able to stop the audio.
