Description (partial)

Symptom:
After upgrading from 9.1.X to 10.5.X, LDAP authentication and manual Directory syncing with SSL enabled fails as the Root CA certificate in the client certificate isn't sent to the LDAP server.

The Root CA is removed from the tomcat.keystore during upgrade.

Conditions:
Upgrading CUCM to 10.X or higher
Using SSL for LDAP authentication and Directory Syncing on CUCM or Unity
