Symptom: We need a CDET opened to address this lack of logging, or at least a CDET opened with the workaround documented on how to enable this logging so future TAC Engineers can find it in TOPIC to prevent similar escalations. Conditions: Typically, whenever an escalation comes to the BU we try to asses why TAC was unable to resolve the issue prior to escalating. In this case, there is a clear lack of diagnostic logging in this part of the product.
