Description (partial)
Symptom: In 6.2.10, core in stats seen @statscl_lc2dce_fill_pktflow_stats while trying to fetch stats from all interface on a fully populated 18slot with F2E and applying QoS template change with traffic flowing. Conditions: Effected image: 6.2.10 Product: Nexus 7k and Nexus 7700 module: F2e On fully populated 18 slot with F2E and applying QOS config change while sending traffic and pulling stats from all interfaces. With congestion on the ports (caused by oversubscription of interface(s)) which will result in buffer fill up on congested interfaces. Since on F2E, for QoS template change, PL needs to be drained. However, since congestion created (caused by oversubscription) does not drain the PL, causing the driver to take the load and sometime miss heartbeat causing the crash
