Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Modifying a Precision Queue Agent's Peripheral Number (agent ID) will cause attributes to be removed from the agent and he will no longer be eligible for a Precision Queue Call. Conditions: Precision Queue agent whose peripheral ID has been modified.
