Description (partial)

Jabber does not detect Plantronics Blackwire C720 headset after coming back from sleep.

Symptom:
Headset is available before sleep and does not re-initialize properly after returning from sleep.

Conditions:
To re-create the issue:
   USB Headset connected to USB port on Docking Station (Lenovo t430 or t440) 
   Jabber sees the headset 
   Now undock the notebook 
   Put Notebook to sleep 
   Dock in 
   Awake notebook
   Windows OS will see and use the USB Audio device again, but Jabber will not.
