Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber for Windows 9.7.x client falls back to SRST mode after CUCM failure, and the user sets Call Forward option in the line. Later when the user removes the call forward setting, the Jabber client shows the message 'Setting call forwarding...' which never disappears until the Jabber client re-login


Call forward would be disabled and functionality is not affected. However users get confused if the Call forward is still taking effect.

Conditions:
- Jabber client should be registered in SRST mode
- Client version should be Jabber for Windows version 9.7.x
