Symptom:
Setup: 
User A (Katarina) is not on the buddy list of the User B (Petar). User B (Peta)r is on the buddy list of the User A (Katarina)

Steps to Reproduce 
Katarina calls Petar. Petar receives call without chat reply option. The call is either answered or ended by Katarina. KAtarina calls Petar again.

Expected Result 
There is no chat reply option

Actual Result 
There IS chat reply option

Conditions:

User A (Katarina) is not on the buddy list of the User B (Petar). User B (Peta)r is on the buddy list of the User A (Katarina)
