Description (partial)

Symptom:
After BFD notifies that interface is down, IPv4 routes are deleted with some msecs of difference. IPv6 routes are deleted all toguether. As the result, the BGP updade message is delay and then the traffic is down.

Conditions:
The IPv4 routes enabled BFD are down.
