Description (partial)

Symptom:
Avsdb High CPU utilization

Conditions:
CPU utilization reaches 99% when the backlog in the server is above 7k

Steps followed:

1. Removed REP_HOST_STATUS.db and REPLAY.db from V2 and trigger resync with V1
2. Added more no of records in V1 using avsdb driver
3. Once the backlog in V1 increases above 7k, stop adding records in V1
4. Monitor CPU utilzation in V1

CPU utilization reaches 99% when the backlog in the server is above 7k
