Description (partial)

Symptom:
Traffic going through a switch running FabricPath will be dropped for a while when the switch is isolated from FabricPath network by failure of all FabricPath links.
If it's running vPC+, peer-link is included in FabricPath link.

Please be announced that it is expected that traffic going through FabricPath network goes down when it loose FP links.
The problem here is that even traffic going to and coming back from a FabricPath switch without going through FP network goes down for a while.

Conditions:
It happens when a switch loose all FabricPath links.
It happens only with NX-OS later or equal to 7.0.0.N1.1.
