Cisco Bug: CSCur14834 - Need CUCM device config options for 8945 camera settings

Description (partial)

Symptom:
For 8945 phone, from the IP Phone settings options:
1.       IP phone Setting -> Preference -> Camera Settings -> Video (ON/OFF)
2.       IP phone Setting -> Preference -> Camera Settings -> Video through computer (YES/NO)

These options are not available from the CUCM admin page device configuration page. The result is, admin cannot modify the settings from a central place, but each user will have to manually set themselves.

Need to have those options configurable from the CUCM device configuration page.

8945 phones
