Symptom:
Jabber Guest 10.0.2.75 does TURN configuration does not always work with the default VCS Admin
Account.  This result in TURN error when browsing links:

Please confirm the Call Control and Media settings are correct.
Message: Failed to acquire TURN credentials
Category: 12 (TURN_CREDS_ACQUIRE_FAILED)
Code: 0

Creating a new user account on the VCS for use on Jabber guest turn configuration Corrects this issue.  This 
documentation defect is to update the install guide to require creating a new account.
