Description (partial)

Symptom:
A WLC's configuration may change, but no message indicating why or how it changed is seen in the msglog or traplog.  This bug requests that AireOS be enhanced to be able to send a syslog and/or SNMP trap when the configuration is changed, showing:
* what command was changed (deleted / added)
* what the command source was (GUI/TELNET/ssh/console/SNMP)
* for  GUI/TELNET/ssh/SNMP, what the client IP address of the session was
* for authenticated user sessions, the username making the change
