Description (partial)

Symptom:
When initiating consult transfers from the operator console either by dialing the digits or right clicking > consult transfer for a contact, they hear a series of 3 digits being dialed in the headset before the call connects and begins to ring. This behavior only applies to consult transfers.

Conditions:
Scenario 1
    OPR is on active call
    OPR within console dials number then initiates a consult transfer by pressing the enter key
    OPR hears ~3 digits being dialed before the call begins to ring

Scenario 2
    OPR is on active call
    OPR within console searches for directory contact, right clicks contact and selects Consult Transfer
    OPR hears ~3 digits being dialed before the call begins to ring
    OPR hears ~3 digits being dialed before the call begins to ring
